"For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14)

Message from the Founder – Purim 2016

Dear Lovers of Israel,
In the last few hours, there was another ISIS terror attack; this time at the Zaventem Airport in Brussels where two explosions hit the American Airlines check-in area and a third explosion hit the Maalbeek metro subway. As of recent reports, 26 have lost their lives with many more wounded and we hope the numbers rise little as authorities reach the people at the scenes and assess. My heart goes out to the victims and their families. As I have shared with you before, the US Administration and the Western Nations must respond seriously against extreme Muslims or we will all become victims in the worst religious war in modern history.

As I write to you from Jerusalem only a few days before we celebrate the great Jewish holiday of Purim. We have a great lesson to learn from the Jewish history of Purim. It is in my heart to share it with you.

Purim is a Jewish holiday that commemorates the saving of the Jewish people from massacre by Haman, who plotted and planned to kill all Jews in the ancient Persian Empire. The story is recorded in the Biblical book of Esther. It is a beautiful story of the power of prayer. The Jewish people remain alive today, generation after generation linked together throughout history by a giant river of Jewish blood. Bloodshed that started in Biblical days and continued through historical anti-Semitic events such as the expulsion of Jews from Spain, the Holocaust where six million Jews were murdered and so many other historical events when Jews died for nothing more than being Jewish.

The “Never-Again” saying came only after the birth of the Jewish State in 1948. Israel since that day in May in 1948 has had to fight so many wars in the last sixty-eight years of modern Israel in defense of the Jewish people. It is amazing to think how many States, terror organizations and individuals, all motivated by deep hate for the Jewish people, spend their lives and their assets to carry out their plan to destroy Israel and kills Jews.

Only three days ago in Istanbul an ISIS suicide terrorist bombed himself in the middle of a group of innocent Israeli tourists that came to enjoy a weekend in Turkey. They killed three Israelis and two others and wounded eleven. The official representative of the leading party in Turkey, Irem Aktas, tweeted, “She hopes that the Israelis that were wounded in the attack would die soon.” This is evil and outrageous and displays how insane people are that hate Jews. Practically speaking there are still millions of people in the world that are still dreaming (and acting out) to kill Jews and wipe Israel off the map.

This makes it very important to learn the lesson of Purim from over 2,500 years ago and apply the Biblical principle to our modern day Purim holiday in 2016. The same God who protected the Jews miraculously THEN in Bible days remains faithful to keep and provide miracles for Israel NOW in modern days. He is the same God that brought the Jews back to their ancient homeland from all over the world keeping His promise to the Jewish people. “Therefore say, says the Lord God: I will gather you from the peoples and assemble you out of the countries where you have been scattered, and I will give back to you the land of Israel.” (Ezekiel 11:17).

My clear-cut message to those who hate Israel and the Jews is that Israel will prevail and defeat those who wish to destroy her. I am calling upon you, Lovers of Israel, to actually READ the book of the Esther this week and inspire your Faith by the great courage and character of Esther, who was a Biblical Lover of Israel, willing to risk her life for her brothers and sisters to save them from a calculated death.

Lovers of Israel to me I see each one of you NOW as a “little Esther” and I am sure your pure heart toward Israel is as pure as Esther’s heart was THEN. I thank you for your unconditional LOVE for Israel, your FAITH and TRUST in God, your LOVE for His Holy Word and your continual prayers.

Blessings upon each one of you, shalom from Jerusalem.
